A Few Questions For You
Have you taken time to meditate today? Remember when your head was so cloudy that you decided to take a few minutes out of your day to sit and reflect. You came up with solutions to problems you had ignored, it worked then, have you done that lately?
How’s your health? You lost ten pounds when you started going to the gym twice a week. You had fun going. Still doing that?
When was the last time you had discussions of philosophy, picked someones brain to find out what or how they believed? You always said it made you feel enlightened, gave you a heightened awareness, that even if you did not believe as they did……just to know how they felt gave you a greater understanding of the world and those in it, and you were a better person, a more empathetic person for taking the time to listen and appreciate opinions different from you own.
Mentally, Physically, Spiritually what have you done lately that makes you feel deliciously intense and sparkly, like a diamond?, Fireworks?, Jello?
