Why You Should Record Phone Conversations?

Not for what the other person is saying but for what YOU say. Last night would have been a great start because you talked about yourself as if you wasn’t you … like what we do here. Objective. You have all the answers to your challenges but sometimes they won’t come out unless you’re bouncing ideas off a wall that doesn’t talk (a person who listens). Talking on the phone is not like texting. You can’t go back and read old conversations. And unless the other person is using the Rapid Repeat Technique they will only remember a small percentage of what you said. Therefore, record YOUR side of the conversation. Get Brook’s help with recalling what you said last night and write it down. Read it out loud to yourself and meditate on it.
