Take a Break


Take a break from the laptop, cellphone, iPad, etc and spend some time outdoors or just away from the desk. If you’re addicted you’ll notice you get antsy and will want to check your email or messages. Don’t. (Unless its life or death) you’ll see a difference and at how much you can really do.

This is a challenge from Augustyne to you.

  1. On my daily checklist is “Turn off phone by 8PM (no later than 9) or just an hour before bed.” Sure enough, the reason I’ve been staying up until 3AM for the last couple weeks is because of my laptop and phone.

    Let me know how this challenge goes.
